Whilst refurbishing, the owner divided the property into two single properties side-by-side but at the same time completely independant with privates entrances and terraces.

Rural house El Serrillal I, has a very modern feel thanks to its two storey structure. On the first floor there is a small dining room, the litchen and the bathrooom. The upper floor is has the bedroom with two single beds and teh extra bed (useable for children up to 7 years of age and free of charge) and the entrance to the terrace with great views, ideal for breakfasts and relaxing afternoons.

Given that this rural property is high in the valley, it has amazing views of beautiful landscapes from the large terrace. Also visible is the island of Tenerife where there is the 1000 year old voclano El Teide, plus views to the sea, the old spring and the valley of Hermigua.

For those who want to enjoy teh outdoors you have the opportunity to take part in numerous activities such as: walks through the number of footpaths, bicycle riding etc.) During the summer season, the nearby natural pool, village and small beaches (The Cove) provide interesting and pretty areas to visit.

Access to these properties is by a stone and cement driveway at around 50m from the main road (which is where the car is parked); for this reason we recommend the use of comfortable shoes.
