Villa Lomo Gordo is a charming property situated in a tranquil residential area where from dawn til dusk you can marvel at the beautiful views to the sea. Gardens with fragrant fruit trees and volcanic rock, which is typical of Lanzarote. The building is of typical Canarian architecture and is situated in 1000m2 of land and has a superfice of 130m2 approx.

The Villa has three terraces, one on the main bedroom, another on one of the double bedrooms and the other in situated at the entrance to the parlour. You will also find a solarium in the pool area with hammocks , terrace furniture, laundry room, air-conditioning (in all the house except kitchen and bathrooms). Entrance gate is with remote control.

The villa has amazing views to the ocean and the island of Fuerteventura. Also available: garage, BBQ, and private garden.

This is a fantastic place which has something for everyone: water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving and tennis. The clean beaches and crystal waters of Puerto del Carmen is a perfect place for families.
